HU80 Barcode Microphone scanner designed for VDI SuperStation model 3006 and 3008.  Also compatible with RTAS Dictation Stations. 

This quality microphone has a built-in barcode scanner for hospitals using barcodes to enter IDs, saving dictating physicians from having to juggle between a barcode wand and a microphone. The integrated microphone and scanner frees the mind as well as the hands; requiring only a quick scan of a barcode between patient reports.

The barcode mic has all the features of our specialized handheld microphone: a lock-in slide switch for dictate, reverse, play, and stop; an alternative press-to-dictate button, a mark impression key. Once a radiologist picks up the barcode mic, s/he doesn’t have to touch the station again during the entire dictation session.
