Are you looking to replace a Dictaphone logger? The four (4) channel Total Recall Desktop Call Recorder is the innovative and professional phone and radio recording solution for all businesses that are serious about security and quality control.

The Total Recall Desktop Voice Logging Recorder is a fully self-contained digital voice recorder that combines simplicity of use, 60,000 hours of on-board storage (or up to 350,000 unique call records) and convenient capacities of 4 - 16** channels to create an invaluable tool for everyone who conducts business by telephone, and/or whose radio communications are mission-critical.

The Total Recall Desktop Call Logger can record up to 16 channels from any line-level audio source telephones, 2-way or broadcast radio, intercoms, microphones and more. Inputs are standard modular jacks that are compatible with a wide range of voice logging accessories. Analog channels are field upgradable in 4 or 8 channel multiples, up to the maximum of 16 channels.

Total Recall Call Recording System is Remote Manager, a powerful client software package that gives users the opportunity to utilize the security and training benefits of Total Recall from their PC, as well as providing centralized management of multiple units.

Remote Manager can connect to the Total Recall Desktop Call Logging Recorder via your current LAN/WAN/VPN, Dial-up connection, or directly to your PC through the supplied crossover cable. Calls and/or radio transmissions can be monitored live, or recorded calls may be searched and replayed with ease - all from the comfort of your PC! You can even use a DVD/CD drive installed in your PC to search for calls on an archived DVD/CD disks without any connection to the Total Recall Voice Logging System.

Record-on-Demand gives users the option to record or discard current calls, or even to partially record calls if required. Record 100% of calls, or between user-defined times - the choice is yours. Record-on-Demand can also be used to add notes to calls in real time, which can later be used as a search parameter in conjunction with time, date, channel, extension, call direction, number called or CLI (where transmitted).

The Total Recall Desktop Call Logging Solution is scalable and highly configurable, providing a closely matched solution to your requirements.
