• You may return a product purchased from our Website within our guidelines.
• A 15% restocking fee with a $10.00 minimum will apply to all approved orders returned in the first 30 days.
• Dictation recorders (analog and digital), Desktop dictation/transcription and dictation/transcription accessories are the only items available for return. No other product will be approved for return. "Demo" and "Pre-owned" products are not returnable. All sales are final. 
• No product return will be accepted without an RMA number.
• No product is accepted for return after 30 days.
• Shipping will not be credited back.
• Customer is responsible for shipping product back to us at customer expense
• All credits should appear within 1-2 billing cycles.
• All items must be returned in the original packaging.
• All packaging must be in same condition as originally shipped.

To return an order, login to your account and go to your Order History. Click details on the order that was placed and with the details of your order showing, place a check mark next to the item(s) that you wish to return. When you have made your selection, click on the "Return Item(s)" button at the bottom of your items and fill the form out in its entirety.
