I needed a dictation pedal for my home, and I found this one here. It was totally new, and the pictures looked very good. I ordered it, and it came quickly. It was packaged really well, and it did come with a manual, but it did come with the foot pedal, two USB cables, and a quick instruction manual. I took it out of the box, connected the foot pedal to my computer, and it worked perfectly.
