The ECS-HFFP-8000-W triple function Water-proof foot pedal is a great solution for microscope operation, Pathology, radiology or any other application requiring handsfree dictation functionality, just by plugging the foot pedal control to your ACC8120 docking station/Cradle, when used in conjunction with the Philips DPM8000, DPM8500, DPM8900  Digital Portable recorders, on hands free Dictate mode operation. It is durable and comfortable, it will provide years of use, while controlling recording and playback functions 100% hands free.  This waterproof foot control model has all internal wires protected in thick plastic tubing, It is durable and comfortable It will provide years of use.

    Perfect addition to the Philips DPM8000

    I've been using this foot pedal for the past month and it's been a great addition to my DPM8000, so much so that I figured I would come back and right a review about it. Everything that I record now, I do completely hands free which is incredibly convenient. It's almost just like giving a report to a secretary. I definitely agree with the other review that says it makes dictating things second nature; it really does simplify the process!

    Makes dictating a much more simple process once you get used to using the pedals. It makes it so easy to be able to do all of my button presses hands free - it becomes second nature to know which button to press to perform whatever function I need so I can focus more seamlessly on my job at hand. I wish I had started using one of these foot pedals for dictating sooner.
