The Infinity FTR USB-1 foot pedal is fully compatible with all Microsoft Windows Versions & Apple Macintosh. Make sure the FTR transcription software you are using is compatible with your operating system.
Install the FTR transcription software (NOT INCLUDED)
Reboot computer
Plug in the IN-FTR-USB foot pedal to an available USB port on your computer. The foot pedal will be recognized automatically as long as your PC has full USB support
Windows Media Player, Real Audio and most other sound file players are NOT designed to work with FTR USB foot pedal.
