This microphone does wonders at removing background noise. I place it in my shirt pocket all the time and it still records everything I say perfectly. It works great alongside dragon medical one software as well to make my day go faster.
I'm pleasantly satisfied with the quality of this product. I couldn't recommend it enough. It records very accurately for speech recognition and the battery lasts all day long. Background noise is never an issue with this product and it's a great cordless option. Also, they have such nice customer service. Thank you!
I am giving the unit 5 stars mainly due to the fantastic customer service by Tom Wilkes and his team. The microphone itself is spectacular. Great speech recognition and made my life in a busy Internal Medicine practice infinitely better. I did however need to replace the microphone not once, but twice. When the second replacement unit also failed I was ready to give up. Then, Tom went out of his way to ensure that the issue was resolved. James reached out to me, remotely upgraded my software and did other resets, and viola, my microphone was working beautifully again! Really appreciate the effort they put in to resolve the issue for me. Will never buy a microphone from any other company!
